Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 2–8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital transformation
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Skilled in working with both business and technical teams
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience on federal, state, or local government contracts (civilian or defense)
- Clearance (Public Trust, Secret, etc.) is a plus but not required
